Job description: The Executive Assistant (Remote) plays a crucial role in supporting a large team of 10+ people by managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel, and facilitating smooth communication across various platforms including email, Slack, Teams, Zoom, and Webex. This position involves handling confidential information, preparing documents, managing expenses, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless project and event execution. Responsibilities: Manage and organize complex calendars and schedules
Coordinate international travel arrangements and logistics. Handle internal and external communications efficiently. Schedule and prepare for meetings, including documentation
Prepare and manage expense reports accurately. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, coordinate administrative support, event planning, and strategic or operational projects. Serve as a liaison to stakeholders and team members. Utilize project management software and remote collaboration tools.
Organize and manage information to support team productivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in administrative support
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and time management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving aptitude and confidentiality awareness
Experience with remote collaboration tools and platforms.
